By using the YooBank website as a student or donor, you agree to the terms, conditions and policies described below.

YooBank provides a website medium for college-attending and college-bound students to self-publish their academic profile and for donors to directly contact and donate to students. YooBank does not create, edit or delete student profiles, except in cases where objectionable or disallowed content has been published. YooBank does not validate the claims of any student, nor does YooBank validate the legitimacy of any donor. YooBank is not responsible for the accuracy of any content published by a student, nor any claims made by a student or donor. Students and donors agree to assume all liability for any transactions resulting from the use of the YooBank.com website. YooBank is not party to any transaction between a student and a prospective or actual donor. By using the website, you agree that YooBank shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage from using the website. You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy against YooBank LLC is to discontinue using the website. Each student has access to his/her profile administration menu 24 hours per day, except in the case of scheduled or unscheduled outages. Each student is responsible for creating his/her listing, maintaining the accuracy and currency of the listing and deleting the listing when it is no longer wanted. YooBank does not warrant that the website is error free.

YooBank does not and will not share, sell or divulge to any third party any personal information, such as names, email addresses, addresses, phone numnbers or passwords. A student may optionally publish his/her name, phone numbers and address for receipt of donations. All material uploaded by a student to the website shall become the copyrighted property of YooBank. Notwithstanding, the student has the right to copy and use published and modified material specific to his/her listing without prohibition. Unauthorized copying or use of this material is prohibited. Any profile content published to the YooBank website by a student and any material sent to YooBank in electronic form by a student, donor or website visitor may be used by YooBank as a testimonial or in a newsletter. YooBank reserves the right to alter or delete any information submitted for a profile that is deemed inappropriate or that specifically violates the Acceptable Content policy stated below. All pictures uploaded to the YooBank website are "watermarked" with a YooBank logo for copyright protection purposes.

YooBank reserves the right to delete or deactivate any profile at its sole discretion with or without notification should the profile be deemed inappropriate. No pornographic, discriminatory, distasteful or unlawful content or fraudulent activity is permitted. No website addresses, email addresses or telephone numbers may be published, other than within the data entry form fields specifically designated for these items. No website address, email addresses or telephone numbers may be embedded in any uploaded picture. Any references to websites, email addresses or phone numbers other than within the designated data entry fields are subject to removal without notice. Any attempt to bypass this policy by entering a spelled-out address (e.g. mywebsite at somedomain dot com) shall be considered an overt policy violation and shall result in the deletion of the profile without notice. Profiles may not contain indirect references to websites or email addresses, such as "search Google for XYZ", for example.

Inquiries sent to a student may be filtered and/or read by the YooBank staff before or after delivery to the profile owner. Inquiries containing embedded email addresses and website addresses in the message section are electronically filtered for removal as a spam prevention measure. Email transmitted via the student contact form is monitored and retained by YooBank. Use of the student contact form is solely for the purpose of contacting a student with regard to making a donation. All inquiries of a commercial nature or offering goods or services are prohibited.

While YooBank endeavors to eliminate spam/fraudulent inquiries to listing students, it is not possible to guarantee that no such inquiries will be received by a student. Any student who receives a suspect inquiry is encouraged to notify YooBank via the contact us form. YooBank shall be held blameless and harmless for any cases of fraud resulting from transactions conducted through the YooBank website, whether as student or donor.
